Saturday, December 17, 2011. I like cinnamon rolls but I think I mentioned before that they are really hard to find around here and even harder to make. So much preparation! Also, I find breakfast to be an interesting meal. Kind of boring to cook for. A lot of people I know love breakfast and it's their favorite meal of the day. "There are so many options! I'm told. I thought it was delicious. 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed. 1 cup shredded mozzarella. 1 1/2 tablespoons basil pesto. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 cups bread crumbs. 1 teaspoon italian seasoning. 1 teaspoon garlic salt. 3 cloves garlic minced.
