When you visit in Oslo in winter there may be snow everywhere, but you’ll notice that the steps down to the t-banen (metro) and certain streets in the city centre are always snow free. Archive for August, 2009. The house we bought. August 13, 2009. OK, so now this website is back in business it’s also time to post some pictures of the house we have bought! These are pics form the real estate agent so nothing too fancy. We’re moving somewhat to the country side, or maybe I should say the forest, but it’s still in a town. We’ll be taking the train to work though! The house is big! 200 m2, and there are TWO bathroomsm and we will have a wine/beer cellar for the homebrew. Very fancy eh!

Goodbye PhD, welcome postdoc. April 11, 2009. Yes you are reading this right, I am ALMOST finished with my PhD! Just finishing the general discussion and planning to hand it in less than two weeks from now. I can’t wait! Spring is here (I think). April 3, 2009. Archive for March, 2009. Wedding and great ski trip. March 16, 2009. Obviously, we had a bit of a late start, so we were on quite a tight schedule. The weather was fantastic though, and the first few hours we managed to ski in just a t-shirt. It was absolutely gorgeous out there! But eventually we had perfect timing and managed to catch the bus home at 6:45 when it was just getting dark. Now we feel rosy and especially tired….and tomorrow our muscles will be sore:).
