개정안 2002년 6월 25일. 원고에 관한 일반적 지침. 투고자의 자격은 내과학회의 회원 및 편집위원회에서 위촉하거나 인정한 사람의 경우로 한한다. 본지에는 한의학 관련 원저, 종설, 임상 및 증례보고 등을 게재한다. 단 종설은 편집위원회에서 의뢰한 경우로 한하며, 증례보고의 경우 환자의 신상이 노출되지 않도록 유의해야 한다. 3 논문심사 및 게재결정. 원고 송부 및 편집에 관한 제반 업무는 편집위원회가 하며, 모든 원고는 편집위원회가 위촉한 복수의 심사위원들의 심사와 편집위원회의 심의를 거쳐 게재여부를 결정한다. 편집위원회는 원고의 체제, 분량 등에 대하여 저자에게 정정을 요구 할 수 있고, 필요한 때에는 편집위원회의 결의로 원문에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위 내에서 자구와 체제 등을 수정할 수 있다. 채택된 원고의 게재순서는 최종원고의 접수 순서로 한다. 4 중복ㆍ무단게재 및 저작권. 5 심사료 및 게재료. 6 학술지 발간 및 원고 접수. 원고 작성에 관한 세부지침. 3 최종 게재 원고 제출.
