Besides a few drinks last Wednesday (wine) and a few on Saturday (wine and some booze), I've been on top of things with eating my cal's up properly, having good amounts of very healthy food with lots of fresh to it and keeping my balance between carbs, protein and fats. So yeah, I feel darn good and very up to my January challenge!
