Posted in Digital Design. I am excited to announce that after almost a year away - I am close to re-launching my new Wild Oak Design website! The new site will be a collective project of all my hobbies inclding my Mythical Muse Paperie range of unique, quality hand crafted paperie items - my new Homewares range - which includes my new range of Vintage French Country inspired linens and wooden signs - all handcrafted by me - as well as my usual Wild Oak Design website and blog design services.

We've spent the best part of the weekend remodelling the master bedroom. No - it isn't the image you see above - but my creative direction has been taken from this picture. Lots of old, weathered wood and texture - in a monochromatic pallette with a touch of chocolate and charcoal for extra depth. We've painted the main walls a chalky white and done a feature wall in a deep steely charcoal colour. This will be offset with rich dark furniture and crisp, fresh white bed linen. I'm always happy to help!

Everything's Coming up Roses. I recently discovered a gorgeous variety of rose that I saw and instantly fell in love with. This weekend, I'm laying in my new gated garden arch at the foot of the steps on my garden path. I'll be planting this stunning creeping rose over it. The rose is called 'Pierre de Ronsard'.
