The A and E Show: 2011 Thoughts
http://rydholms.blogspot.com/2011/01/2011-thoughts.html
The A and E Show. The triathlon couple in Boulder. Wait there are others? How about the triathlon couple in Boulder who also do cross-country ski races, are both 5'11", are both from Minnesota, both have multiple degrees in Chemical Engineering, have a one-eyed dog and an asthmatic cat. Is that unique enough? Sunday, January 16, 2011. We're a couple weeks into 2011 and I (E) didn't have any new year's resolutions, so I'm at least good there. For the next 50 weeks, I'm really not sure what will happen.

Thursday, June 4, 2009. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Top 4 Best Uses for Bell Peppers. My lunch was rewarding. Too bad I had to eat it at my desk. This got me thinking about my Top 4 favorite things to do with bell peppers:. 1 Crudite, with a spicy dip. 2 Roasted (woop woop! 3 Stuffed with rice and/or meat. 4 Pepper, onion and avocado salad. The weather forecast was rain, rain, rain. That's ok! View from our camp spot. You can see the red dust that blew over the Rockies in early April. Road up to our camp.

The Continuing Adventures of Captain Hairdo. Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Coffeenneuring #6: November 16th. Despite all my plans to get out for an epic coffeenneuring trip for #6, it turned out to be the least interesting of all my trips. The day got away from me, so I just tagged along with Steph on a grocery run in the evening, and grabbed some decaf while she shopped. Didn't even have my travel cup (bad environmentalist! The Continuing Adventures of Captain Hairdo. Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Coffeenneuring #7: November 17th. In true Captain Hairdo-fashion, I did my last coffeenneuring trip at the last minute! Well, not quite, but pretty close. Steph and I went out Sunday evening for coffee and dessert. We went to Random Order, a little coffee and pie shop in northeast Portland. We couldn't decide if we should share a savory pie, or a sweet pie, so we decided on both! Posted by Captain Hairdo. Portland, OR, United States.

The Continuing Adventures of Captain Hairdo. Friday, December 17, 2010. Old Picture of The Captain. An old friend sent The Captain a facebook message recently with the message, "What's this? At the time, The Captain was a member of a group called DeMolay- which, for those of you who don't know, is like a junior version of the Masons. The girls were in their version of DeMolay, which was called Rainbow. So where did The Captain fit into this? Those were good times for The Captain though, happy times.
