While cruising the Farmer's Market I spotted a gentleman wearing classic work boots, wool flannel shirt, and Pendleton cap to keep his head warm and dry. I've been looking at a lot of recipes for home made bread and stumbled across this "No Kneed Bread" recipe. While I love baking, I've only done bread rolls a couple times and for some reason some of the recipes out there are just so intimidating. I was so happy to find that I could count all the ingredients on one hand:. Flour, yeast, salt and water. Check out the receipe HERE.

Monday, February 11, 2013. Kids say the silliest things. Honestly I am loving. I zoned out and got caught up in the TV for a whole 2 minutes. When I broke the spell, my toddler has disappeared. This is usually cause for panic, FYI. After frantically searching the house for a minute (thank goodness for small houses), I found B in front of the full-length mirror in my closet. B has informed everyone she knows that she is getting a brother. She follows this news with, "I SO excited! Yeah, I'm not pregnant.
