New updated Support Area for AU, Please read on! Hi folks, as of today 01/11/13 we have updated the Support Section of Appzuniverse. The old support area was filled up with so many spammed support tickets hence the reason why you might not have received any response from us. We've updated our software and got rid of all the spam tickets but we've had to do a wipe out on all tickets as well as they were all spammed and outdated so we do apologise for the inconvenience that occured with the delays.

If your torrent client gives you the error message: Problem connecting to tracker - timeout exceeded, the tracker could be overloaded or down altogether. You should wait a bit then, if it is not connected within a couple of hours, try stopping and then starting the torrent again. If you still receive this error you should try again tomorrow as the tracker could be down.
