Resetting Monthly Submission Limits. July 05, 2016 13:43. Every basic (FREE) account is eligible for a monthly reset. To reset your account, please log in and navigate to the Accounts Page. There will be a reset button along with a date indicating the next available reset. If you have not reset the submissions before, the entries will be accumulated. The system will deliver a reminder email at 75% and 100% of the submission limit. Or via the contact form: Accounts and Billing. Weekdays 9AM - 5PM.
