Return to IT: Just Done main site. If you are having issues eith DSAS – please can you make sure your ICT resource has done the following. DHCP Server – please make sure the router has been altered from .1 (typically) to .254 – this will stop email sending and many other services working. DNS Server – please make sure that the EMBC DNS servers have been removed from the forwarding rules. Use .254 as a DNS forwarder or contact us for external DNS IPs. Was this article helpful?
