What happens if I go over my data allowance for the month? If you go over your allowance for the month we will not automatically charge you anything but will instead shape your connection to 1Mbps down and 1Mbps up. You can purchase a data pack from here. To get back to your plan speed or you can wait until your plan rolls over at the end of the month. If you are going over your plan regularly you want to consider upgrading to a larger plan here. Can I change my plan in the middle of a billing cycle? You can't change the term of the plan you signed up to but you can change the speed and data allowance.
