Keeping with my workout regimen and eating pretty healthy, not completely healthy. So I'm not at a plateau! I hit 233lbs and havent moved from there in 2 weeks! Its always frustrating when you get hit with one of these things! I have tried pretty hard these past to weeks to drop off it, but no luck yet! I'm hoping to hit at least 220lbs by April! 1 Feel better...

I've hit the first plateau of many and its wearing me like a cheap suit! I printed one of my old pictures as a motivator, its helped but man this is tough! Losing weight is only the beginning! My journey through the trials of getting into peak shape. Tuesday, February 7, 2012. It's starting to work. So a few things have happened. most importantly is that I've stuck to it! I've been working out almost everyday and eating as healthy as I possibly can! Sure I have a cupcake every once in a while, I mean my wife is pregnant so sweets are everywhere! But I've limited myself and really stuck to a better eating plan! The major changes so far are:. Losing weight is only the beginning! My journey through the trials of getting into peak shape. Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Well after a tough week of ups and downs, I havent quit yet! I've been hitting the treadmill consistently and running on it too! I'm keeping it at a mile which has been the right move! Instead of getting bored running a long time I'm challenging myself on speed! I'm getting faster but still at about the 9:30/mile mark! The big difference is, it's easier! A Great bundle for P90X!

Although things are kind of a mess right now I'm going to try and start this back up again! Last time I had great success! So I'm hoping for the same this time around! I will be using the elastic bands this time, as I dont really have access to weights or anything like that! Stay tuned and hopefully I can stay motivated!

I know, I know, its only been about a week but I did jump a pretty big hurdle today! I was on the verge of talking myself out of working out today! I was literally about to say screw it, "I can skip today! Besides, I'm still sore from." I had to stop my thinking right there! But its so easy to forget what that feels like! Blood, Sweat and Tuna.
