A warm place with no memory ...: November 2009
http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Ellenore and Ryan – Lindy hop. Super energetic and FUN! They looked like they were having a fantastic time! Adam Shankman said they looked "cute as I'll get out" and that it was "a-mazing" that they got through all of the lifts despite Ryan's back being hurt. Mary said it was just amazing and that they captured the right feel for the Lindy Hop. Nigel said it was terrible that there hasn't been a lindy hop on SYTYCD, and that they did a great job. Hip hop – It was ok? Victor ...

http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Ok; Here's the trailer! And if you're wondering where the title comes from:. Invictus, by William Earnest Henley. Out of the night that covers me,. Black as the Pit from pole to pole,. I thank whatever gods may be. For my unconquerable soul. In the fell clutch of circumstance. I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance. My head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears. Looms but the Horror of the shade,. I am the master of my fate:.

Wednesday, September 23, 2009. DWTS tribute to Patrick Swayze. I usually don't like the results show for DWTS, but they did a really great tribute to Patrick Swayze. I'm not sure if everyone has seen Dirty Dancing as many times as I have and noticed that they did the EXACT same dance on DWTS as the final dance in the movie, but it was so good! Here is the Dirty Dancing clip:. Dirty Dancing - Time of My Life. The most popular videos are a click away. Here is the DWTS clip:. And just for fun . To which i m...

A warm place with no memory ...: January 2010
http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 17, 2010. The Golden Globes . (yay for Meryl and Jeff! Mo'nique – supporting actress for Precious. So gracious, and so deserving. If y'all haven't see this movie, Mo'nique plays the most hideous person you can possibly imagine, and after watching her tonight it's amazing how different her personality is from the character she portrayed. Toni Collette – lead actress in a TV series (comedy or musical); I've never seen the United States of Tara, but I do like Toni Collette! Meryl Streep R...

A warm place with no memory ...: Invictus!
http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2009/12/invictus.html
Sunday, December 20, 2009. Overall, Eastwood managed to capture the feelings of years and years of Mandela's efforts into a single movie, and I think that the emotions he evoked from this movie create a whole new dimension of directorial success. I'm reposting the poem "Invictus" because it's not hard to imagine how a poem like this could have been written for a man like Mandela. Out of the night that covers me,. Black as the Pit from pole to pole,. I thank whatever gods may be. For my unconquerable soul.

A warm place with no memory ...: and the winner is...
http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2009/12/and-winner-is.html
Wednesday, December 16, 2009. And the winner is. Lil' C wanted to bring the "buck" back, the hip hop boys get together and dance to my current favorite song Beggin' by MadCon. I made an executive decision to not write about every dance the judges request because I've already commented on them previously and my blogs get too long, so unless it was different, I won't mention it. The Groovaloos were on! Russell came out crying because his knee was messed up and Cat's mic was off, but she's the best hostess ...

A warm place with no memory ...: June 2009
http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 26, 2009. What a day . The results for SYTYCD were not really that unexpected for me; Asuka wasn't as good as the other girls and Jonathan was pretty good, and I was a little surprised they didn't boot off Vitolio, but I wasn't shocked by it. This was a really sad day for pop culture . we lost Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson. Farrah fought a long battle with cancer and died with her friends and family around her. Thriller video because it's epic:. Posted by Rachel :). 8211; Paso doble; eh...

A warm place with no memory ...: Oscars!!
http://factorfilm.blogspot.com/2010/03/oscars.html
Saturday, March 6, 2010. Tomorrow is one of my favorite days of the year. I actually just considered the idea of moving my birthday to oscar day, because I unfortunately was born on one of the most unfortunate days to be born and have always hated my birthday, and what better day to have it than oscar day! Hurt Locker - I wasn't the biggest fan, but I would LOVE to see a woman win best director, so I'm pulling for Kathryn Bigelow. District 9 - one of the few blockbusters I will admit to really enjoying!
