Welcome To Our World. Jul 26, 2008. So I'm really behind on my blogging and there's so much to update, but this one is too good to pass up. In June, we hosted a neighborhood party. Early that morning, Dan worked in the yard to get ready, and as he left for work, he told me he had the hose in the pool to bring up the water level. I said great and went about my busy day. I actually kind of missed the whole mocking thing, but the relative silence was a bit unnerving. I wasn't disappointed for long though. An article SILENTLY appeared on the bed the other day. These celebrations are after the tourist season, and the town is full of locals. It was very down home and wonderful. On his birthday in March, we had promised Sergio a tour in the Emmenthal, because he had never been there. Here we are enjoying lunch yesterday at a lovely little "farmer" restaurant in Emmenthal. The best producers for this family.
