We found it on food.com, recipe #18257. 1 14-oz can Artichokes, drained and chopped. 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves Garlic, crushed. The recipe indicated you can use 4 cloves if you like garlic). 1 dash Lemon juice. 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno pepper, chopped finely. 1 Purée everything in a blender.

I had heard it was surprisingly good! But I didn’t want to have to add any sugars… not even honey, or other less traditional sugar substitutes. I think you’re going to like this one!
