Devastating the Obvious: 11.08
http://iwalkseattle.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
A Seattle couple's adventures, creations, interpretations, and outings. We have much to be thankful for this year. Tomorrow marks week 9 of the pregnancy and our little bean will be almost an inch! We're looking forward to spending time with family and I'm hoping to be able to eat at least a decent sized meal. we'll see about that. We haven't done the turkey thing in a few years so we're going to be a little more traditional this year. I have an explanation for the tiredness, lack of blog posts, etc.

A Seattle couple's adventures, creations, interpretations, and outings. Autumn Day at the Park. Syd and I went for a walk yesterday. We checked out all the leaves changing color, played at the playground, and channeled our inner Andy Goldsworthy. Leaving the house on a beautiful Autumn day. She got some air! Posing @ the park. We found quite a few mushrooms. Slides are definitely her favorite - even if they're painfully slow. Syd finding leaves for her project. Yarn: Malabrigo Chunky - Lettuce. You can e...

http://workschoolkids.blogspot.com/2013/09/seabuck-complete-equine-supplement.html
City Girl Bought the Farm. When my husband was my fiancee (about 20 years ago) he would tease me that we were going to buy the old family farm and raise chickens, goats, etc. I would get so mad at him that I would cry! A Heroic Journey. hopefully, maybe, we'll see...: Finding strength within and from above
http://domesticventures.blogspot.com/2012/09/finding-strength-within-and-from-above.html
Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Finding strength within and from above. Is it too much to ask to have her a little longer! This just seems to be a struggle I will most likely run into the rest of my life, and no matter what I do, the pain of it all still lingers around. But with each daily struggle, maybe there is still hope. September 25, 2012 at 9:52 PM. I know how you feel, and I had her longer. You are a great mom. You can tell by how much your little girl loves you! Its always ok to cry too! Meals on D...

A Heroic Journey. hopefully, maybe, we'll see...: A whole new direction, sort of
http://domesticventures.blogspot.com/2012/09/a-whole-new-direction-sort-of.html
Tuesday, September 25, 2012. A whole new direction, sort of. The main idea of the class was taking regular stories and find the heroic journey that is embedded into them, taking the simple characters, and watching them overcome their greatest struggles, and their greatest fears. We all might be regular people living regular lives, but we all have a quest, a journey that we go through, even if it is something simple as making through one day at time. Wednesday, April 27, 2011. One of my favorite things about being graduated from college but my husband still isn't is that we still get to be close to the college- I can have the benefits of the college without being tortured by them by being one of their students :). Well this lovely school offers community classes, usually 1-2 night classes that offer great fun or advice without strapping you down with homework- you just get to go, learn, have fun and then your done! Or you can just read below:. We lik...

A Heroic Journey. hopefully, maybe, we'll see...: Headband/Hair-tie holder
http://domesticventures.blogspot.com/2012/05/headbandhair-tie-holder.html
Tuesday, May 15, 2012. OkI'm blog-deficient, and can't get the top picture to move down. SoI found this idea on Pinterest and LOVED it! First I found a great candle holder at Wal-mart (see above). Then I had the kids eat a bunch of oatmeal so I could use this container pictured below. (It was mostly oatmeal cookies rather than oatmeal breakfasts.). May 17, 2012 at 8:18 PM. My girls can never find their headbands. maybe I should try this one. :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Skeletons in the Closet.
