Just another WordPress.com site. Day #397 — Trees: Bark. February 18, 2013. The vertical ridges were as much as 3″ deep. This one “bleeds” red when scraped. The fruit (much enjoyed by monkeys) grows straight from the trunk and limbs. I have always had a fondness for trees. Lest you think the water tap at school is “in the kitchen” — not. The closest local access to drinking water has been turned off for several months. A fine WordPress.com site. January 8, 2017. January 8, 2017. I now know what my first fast project for 2017 is going to be! Little Lavender Sachet bags. I read about it in another blog today and immediately ordered some dried lavender to be delivered at my new address. I am also going to embroider a pretty cross stitch design before assembling it – knowing me a cat of some sorts 🙂. But I can plan and be prepared. And it is nice to know what I want to start on 🙂 And lots more ideas here. January 8, 2017.
