Sunday, August 28, 2011. Well, sort of. So I am leaving on a jet plane this Wednesday! I will be flying nonstop from Atlanta to Albuquerque, NM. I will be gone for 3 weeks! To read a conference talk a day for the next 33 days. Leading up to this next conference session. I am going to make a very concerted effort. I will be turning 40 while I am away! I know that when I was Mady's age, I just knew, that as soon as I turned 18 that I was an ADULT! Thanks for listening to me ramble! I am a stay at home mom ...

So we don't know yet whether Hillary and Andrew's baby is a boy or girl, but I think we are destined to have mostly grandaughters, with maybe a few grandsons mixed in. Here is my theory as to why:. Sunday, August 2, 2015. Preschool and pioneer day. We also had an art day. None of them were shy about getting their hands messy. We ended up doing fingerpainting, paint brushes, paint with scrub brushes and paint with marbles. It is now hanging on our front door reminding me that sometimes, in the middle of life's practicality, it's important to sing silly songs, get your hands covered in paint, and just enjoy the chaos of life. We have had a great visit I don't know what more we could have asked. I only hope everyone gets home OK. I can't believe Jared is puring up his Christmas. Tree already. I got up at 4:30 on Black Friday to go shopping. I would not have done that at home. I got a lot of shopping. Too expensive anyway. Can't say I am looking.
