Into A New Horizon: May 2015
http://intoanewhorizon.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Into A New Horizon. Thursday, May 21, 2015. After 15 days away, I am finally back home. My sutures have been removed, but the middle of the incision opened up so I have to be very careful about not getting dirt in it and getting another infection. I have to continue the antibiotic ointment until the wound is totally healed. It's great to be back and see all Dave has done and all the bushes and flower gardens are blooming! From now on, hopefully the blog posts will be more entertaining.

Into A New Horizon: The Beginning or the End?
http://intoanewhorizon.blogspot.com/2015/08/the-beginning-or-end.html
Into A New Horizon. Saturday, August 1, 2015. The Beginning or the End? Besides being out on the water with Moxie and the kayaks, we have also been visiting some land based attractions. It was super windy one afternoon and it usually blows right down the river making it quite rough. We headed out to Cape Vincent and the Tibbits Point Lighthouse. Dave was ready to go body surfing in the waves that looked and sounded like we were at the ocean. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Helping To Save The Lake.

http://intoanewhorizon.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Into A New Horizon. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. The First 24 Hours. It's been a busy 24 hours since we arrived in Alexandria Bay, also know as Alex Bay or even A-Bay. The toys are in the water and we have a dock space at our motel, Otter Creek Inn. After arriving, we heard a commotion in the distance and I looked up to see what I thought were geese, but ended up being a huge convoy (or should that be flock? This afternoon we spent time lazing on Moxie Beach. We even made it through the rift between Canada ...

Into A New Horizon: June 2015
http://intoanewhorizon.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Into A New Horizon. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. History Along the Mohawk. Dave brought his bike down to the beautiful riverfront park and while he rode around, I did some investigating on foot. I came across this old wall along the waterfront and wondered how old it was. Look Mom, you could live on Green Street here too. You can really see the Dutch influence in the building architecture. The First Reformed Church has records dating back to 1680! The doorways were so picturesque. It really is interesting!

Into A New Horizon. Sunday, August 30, 2015. We hired a 'professional' tree cutter to take down the 60 ft. aging blue spruce tree next to our house. All they had to do was get it on the ground and we would cut it up and bring it into the woods. What can go wrong" you ask? It was a perfect landing.on top of our lamp post, which completely exploded! At least they felt bad and charged us about a 5th of what we expected. Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Into A New Horizon. Saturday, March 28, 2015. When the Cat's Away. The husband will play! After a two hour flight skirting around numerous thunderstorms in a seven seater plane, I arrived in Daytona. Not long afterward I received this photo:. I'm not sure where the water bike came from, or who owns it, but I've always wanted one. Is this a present for me? Seriously Dave, you are supposed to be putting all the toys AWAY! Wednesday, March 25, 2015. We also went through many of these pilings, which I presum...

http://intoanewhorizon.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Into A New Horizon. Sunday, December 28, 2014. Forget the projects.it's calm and time to go exploring! Right after we arrived here this season, we visited some new friends on the south end of Tilloo Cay and spotted a boat wreck off in the distance on mainland Abaco. We have been waiting for the opportunity to go check it out and sure enough we found it south of Snake Cay. We tied up to it, and of course Dave couldn't resist checking it both inside and out.and underneath! Saturday, December 27, 2014.
