Melt Away the Pounds. My journey to me. Saturday, May 7, 2011. Yesterday was an ugly ugly day for me. I just couldn't find motivation for ANYTHING! On a day like yesterday, making mac and cheese for my oldest was a BAD BAD idea. Exercise was non existent yesterday so I'm counting yesterday as 1 of my days off. And that's ok too. Oh well, crap happens and the 5lbs of water retention is REALLY sucking and the constipation I'm dealing with is well. both of them are my due punishment.
