Tuesday, August 28, 2012. The three pictures are from a quilt I just took off the frame. As of this week I hope to upload pictures of what I am quilting or have quilted. I will be sharing some new patterns over the next couple of weeks that I have designed to see what you think. ORIGINAL DESIGNS FROM FIBER". Friday, February 7, 2014. At least I have my fiber! Will this cold ever stop? I am sure I am not the only one asking that question. I know it is not helping my healing process for my knee. So warm weather come on. In the mean time I have my fiber and my yarn.YEAH! Knitting keeps me sane. I can sit by the fireplace and cuddle with my bright colors. The pantone color of the year is Radiant orchid. I love it so I bought some fiber colors in that family and did some felting.

ORIGINAL DESIGNS FROM FIBER". Monday, June 30, 2014. A couple of months ago I started this felted picture with the idea I wanted to create a forsythia bush. I got started and then got busy doing other things. Yesterday I got it out and I was no longer inspired by it. So I did some research on landscapes in my books and other tutorials and got out my wools.Not the best day yesterday to work with wool! This is what it was before:. This is what it was by 9pm last night. I think I am happy with it :-).

ORIGINAL DESIGNS FROM FIBER". Wednesday, February 20, 2013. I have been playing around with needlefelting again. In this picture I used a piece of my hand-made felt that I dyed. I needlefelted some yarn onto it. I also bonded some angelina fibers together with the iron and then needlefelted them on to my underwater scene. For fun I like to use metalic threads and the fancy stitches on my sewing machine. The result is a new piece of art! Some days it is fun just to play and say."What if? Pittsfield, PA, PA.

ORIGINAL DESIGNS FROM FIBER". Saturday, March 2, 2013. Pink Hand spun Hat. Finally I am posting the picture of the hat I made with the art batt I showed you several weeks ago. I spun the yarn in a fairly constant chunky. They used a P crochet hook to make this cute little hat. I love crocheting with the chunky yarn. It goes very fast! Fun, Fun, Fun! I could put the battery charger on but can't get the hood of my car open because it is frozen shut. The vehicle has been sitting outside since I had my knee replacement. ORIGINAL DESIGNS FROM FIBER". Monday, August 11, 2014. This month I start on a new journey. I closed my retail store in Pittsfield and will move to selling online. It is something very new to me. In the store will be yarns, fiber, and my one of a kind felted art. The new website is being created and I will provide updates soon! In the mean time I am packing and organizing all my product. WOW! For now here are a few of my favorite pieces I have made in the past. I hope to have new work soon!
