If there's one dish that I think of that's "southern" it would most definitely be peach cobbler. whether it's spring or summer, hot or cold, christmas or the fourth of july, you'll find peach cobbler adorning dessert tables everywhere - nevermore to be found only at backyard barbques. did you know there's even a national peach cobbler day?
