Saturday, September 12, 2009. Here's my attempt at making savory Korean pancakes known as pajeon in Korea and chijimi in Japan. I used this recipe. From Just Bento, but mine still needs some work. It was a bit too eggy, or something. But still quite yummy. So far I haven't gone wrong with anything that includes kimchi. Interestingly enough, among the many issues between Korea and Japan, they've even managed to fight about kimchi. While searching for more kimchi recipies, I came across this article.
