The mission of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Band Partners (SWPABP) is to promote community instrumental music in the southwestern Pennsylvania region. This region includes Armstrong, Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Indiana, Washington, Westmoreland Counties. In order to promote community music in the region we need to be a resource for the musical groups and their musicians and the general public. Have a quarterly newsletter to highlight and promote community music in the region.
