南京地震觀測站，雞、豬、魚都是「地震預報員」。圖為廣西大化一養雞場。（新華社資料照片）. 位於南京一處地震觀測站裡，飼養著一群豬隻，但這群豬隻並非食用，而是專為用來預測地震。其它還包括雞、狗、羊等動物，都是一線「地震預報員」，一旦雞在窩裡鬧，豬在圈裡跳，魚在水裡躍，狗叫羊也跑，顯示地震快要到。這就是大陸最「先進」預測地震模式。 觀測站的飼養員們變身「地震觀察員」，每天上、下午共2次向地震部門匯報動物表現。一旦出現雞上樹，豬在圈裡跳等異常情況，就得立刻通報上級，在第一時間趕到現場進行「診斷」。 據了解，對地震起預報作用的動物，必須要對地震波帶來的超低音波非常敏感。一般以禽鳥類為主，這些動物很「神經質」，如果出現「雞飛狗跳」，就得注意了。 勞動力發展署署長廖為仁說，移工人數一直都是政府檢討移工政策的考量因素，這次放寬，主要是高齡者確實有照顧需求的事實，但目前長照人力還無法滿足需求，短期內必須要有補充人力，強調勞動部都有在動態控管移工人數。 目前包括看護和幫傭等家事類移工，無法適用勞基法，不僅薪水未達基本工資，相關休假、工時等權益也沒保障。 逢甲資電學院院長黃思倫指出，香蕉研究最初是想將種植香蕉...
