I taught two courses at NUST-SEECS in 2007-08: Design and Analysis of Algorithms. And Network Technologies (TCP/IP). During my PhD at Stanford, I was a course/teaching assistant for the Spring 2011 offering of Distributed Computing. The Autumn 2011 and 2012 offerings of Intro to Computer Networks. And the Autumn 2013 offering of Object-Oriented Programming from a Modeling and Simulation Perspective.
