Many forms of tai chi include a move known as "Step Back to Repulse Monkeys," illustrated in the header at the top of the page. Properly done, it resembles the "Brush Knee" movement done in reverse. Evidently the allusion, which can be found in numerous Asian cultures, is to the incessant screeching and chattering of certain species of monkeys, which resembles the internal chaos that can infect a person's mind. Su sobrino, regentaba la farmacia familiar en Beijing, existía una banda local comandada por los hermanos Li, que causaban numerosos disturbios en el área.
