My doing - I organized it and motivated colleagues to participate. And i just wanna chicken out. Due to a number of circumstances I basically didn't train. So I am supposed to run 5 kilometers, untrained with a bunch of colleagues today. The fear and anxiety lead up to gaining weight even - so I am at my heaviest in about a year, having to run 5 kilometers.

It was still really hard for me, which I expected, since I’ve been so stressed with work and haven’t been able to focus on it as much. That said, I also stopped an interval early.
