We hope you enjoy our adventures…. Camden, Maine →. Lobster Fun and Lobster Yum! July 10, 2015. Two things I never knew about lobster:1. When the weather is warm, they shed their shells once every year to grow, and soft shell lobster is just as delicious. Just before shedding they bring salt water into the meat to swell in size. As they grow, the meat becomes more dense. 2 I can eat lobster 2-3 times a day for several days in a row and not get tired of it! View all posts by vacationwithlisa →. American e...

We hope you enjoy our adventures…. St Andrews Bicentennial Square. Carleton Martello Tower →. July 10, 2015. Hayden wanted to see a moose while driving in rural Canada, but Market Square Boardwalk was the closest we came to a Canadian Moose. Inside the hollow bronze statue is a can of Moosehead Lager for good luck. Moosehead Breweries commissioned this art. View all posts by vacationwithlisa →. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Curtis Island Lighthouse | Vacation With Lisa

We hope you enjoy our adventures…. Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse →. July 11, 2015. Curtis Island Lighthouse was completed in1859. It sits on a seven acre island and is built in a way that it can only be seen by water. We took a lighthouse and lobster boat ride to see lighthouses and pull up lobster pots. It was worth the ride! This was our spurge for the last day of vacation! View all posts by vacationwithlisa →. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse →. Follow “Vac...

We hope you enjoy our adventures…. Indian Island Lighthouse →. July 11, 2015. We earned our dinner by hiking to this lighthouse, a mile across the rocks one way. It was breezy on the rock causeway. I met a lady that volunteered here three days a week, walking to work from her cottage each day! It took 18 years to built the granite path and during construction the lighthouse was moved closer to its current destination each year. View all posts by vacationwithlisa →. We hope you enjoy our adventures…. The City Market: Cherry Blossoms & Dulse. Victorian Homes in St. John →. A Walk in Saint John, New Brunswick. July 10, 2015. There are three historical walking tours in Saint John, so I could portions of all three. The Loyalist trail and the prince William trail include some original buildings and some municipal buildings erected after the fire of 1877. Sit back and enjoy a “walk” around the city! The old churches and parks were my favorite. July 17, 2015 at 1:01 pm.
