Tales of a Newlywed. Monday, February 12, 2007. It has been about 10 days since the wall above and around our fireplace was fixed due to the water leaks. So far, so good. Jon and I were so excited to finally hang our new purchase.a big clock above the fireplace. It is supposed to rain the next couple of days, so we'll see if the leak has truly been repaired. During this year's impossibly long and rough winter here in Massachusetts, dreams of cycling adventures helped see me through to the beautiful months of spring. If my early season Brompton rides are any indication, it's going to be a good June, July, and August ahead.
