16 October, 2010. October Challenges at Nuts4Digi. This month's challenges at Nuts4Digi were fun and varied :-). For the Art Challenge. Caroline asked us to scrap "a family tree" which we were inspired by, in an example here. Well as I had already done my version of this "tree" I decided to do Candy and Peggy's tree, as shown here . This is a Breast Cancer Awareness display at out local Jumpers and Jazz Festival, held each July. Various communities make knitted items and wrap them around the bare trees to keep them warm, in the last two weeks of July. Thus came this layout.
