19th Street Crossing ,. Two men standing in front of rowhouses at the 19th Street crossing of the old Atlantic Coast Line Railroad in Ybor City. From looking at other historic photographs, the men appear to have been analyzing the aftermath of a car accident (which is not shown in this photograph).
