Friday, July 5, 2013. When my grandma was on her death bed we all went to spend some time with her. We fed her ice, arranged her pillows, and sat and talked with her when she was able. Anyone in my family can tell you that my grandma made The. Best. Jam. Ever. Among other things (lasagne, pie crust, fudge.). Friday, June 15, 2012. Trip Report - Mount Whitney. Chris and I left Redlands at 6:00pm and headed north towards HI-395 and Lone Pine. We arrived at the Lone Pine Campground a little before 10:00pm. We found an empty site and quickly set up camp (pitched a tent, stowed food in the bear box, and ate a late night snack). We hiked up the trail until we reached the North Fork of Lone Pine Creek. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Took the boys to some art galleries yesterday afternoon. They are just so behaved in the galleries it always amazes me how interested they are in all the pieces of artwork. Here we are in front of the Wyland Gallery. We even got to talk to one of the artists and the boys asked her a zillion questions. Why don't we do that more often? 160;I think we will.
