Going well, BLOGGED 4 days in a row. The little daily report thing is working as I suspected. Weights – Back and Biceps. 100% Clean and to plan. 1 litre of herbal white tea. Rest, Relaxation, Recovery. 6 ½ hours sleep last night – NOT ENOUGH AGAIN! Sat and had Lunch with Hubby. 45 minute nana nap (how cool is napping in the day!

Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Still 2 weeks away. Friday, September 18, 2009. Sunday, September 13, 2009. Ok back from hernia op. Hernia was bigger than expected and I am in alot of pain. Stayed in hospital overnight due to the pain. This is really killing me people, have to walk first before I can even think of doing gentle exercise. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Yep got my mojo back, just shows what a new program will do for you! My leg program is so intense now its killing me but I'm loving it. Only been doing it for a week but I feel great! I am now doing 4 days weights with 2 of the days being leg training. Sunday, January 31, 2010. What else, my weight is back up to where it was before and this is because I have been eating chocolate! Good news is my upper body has not lost any muscle which I am very surprised about but I think this has to do with lifting my kids all the time!
