Girls day @ delano. To land when needed. Although we haven't decided place or time for moving back onto land, we're definitely going through some sort of separation period that lingers in the air, and which carries feelings hard to pronounce. One side of me will always be left at sea. That we've built on water. The simple, uncomplicated, natural lifestyle that we both love deeply and do so well together. Living in a marina? Even though I've practiced yoga. That I used up in MA. But arriving in Miami, I knew I had to attend my friend Ewa's yoga class on the beach. A class she holds twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays on 3rd st and the beach. Her class begins at 7 am, so I woke up at 5.50 to be sure to get there on time. Our classic 43' Halsey Herreshoff. Yacht was built in 1971 for ocean racing and she's as rapid and well performing as she's gracious on water. Because of the age of this old lady that we became owners of in the fall of 2011 - there are many things to rebuild and restore on her to bring her back to original glory. We're currently busy with parts of that restoration here on the East Coast of United States. To see some of the job that Alex has done to the boat in the previous couple years.

Where i would like to be this summer. Remember my friend Ewa. Who is a yoga instructor here in Miami? Her classes are always a breath of fresh air and so relaxing and I am so so sad that I have my hands tied this summer which means I won't be able to join on her and Valentina's Blue Dream Yoga Retreat. Perjantai 14. elokuuta 2015. Minä tunnen hyvin usein syyllisyyttä koirien kehnosta liikunnanmäärästä ja aktivoinnista. Toivoisi, että omat voimavarat riittäisivät päivittäisiin parin tunnin ulkoiluihin ja lisäksi aivotyöskentelyn järjestämiseen. Mutta meilläkin on pienet lapset, jotka aina välillä saattavat syödä kaikki mehut äidistään, joten yritän olla armelias itselleni ja olen tyytyväinen, jos lähden vaikka vartiksikin pihalle sen sijaan, että menisin sohvalle makaamaan.
