The deadlines for Extended 2015 tax returns are as follows: Corporations: 09/15/16 Personal: 10/17/16. W-2 and 1099 documents need to be completed and mailed by 02/01/2016. Business employers must compile and send out this information to their employees and contractors by Monday, February 1st, 2016. Employees – If you have not received your documents by the end of the 1st week of February, you should make contact with your Employer to ensure accuracy of mailing information and status.
