Bristol Children’s Help Society. Helping the most disadvantaged children. There are almost 9,000 children living in the most disadvantaged wards of Bristol.(i). The 10 areas of greatest deprivation have the least facilities for under 14s.(i). As we are all volunteers every penny donated goes towards the upkeep of the centre and the provision of breaks for the children. Progress with our projects advances from week to week, but to give you an idea of what would be most helpful, here are a few examples.
