Monday, January 5, 2015. First post of 2015. And commented on how much London had changed (and what had remained the same) since the film was made in 1981. The social events at Harriett's and at the Rivoli were opportunities to say farewell to a bunch of people all at once, so they were somewhat sad events. I stayed at the Rivoli from the opening time of 7:30 pm right until the last train at 11:14 pm (though I'd intended to leave a half-hour earlier, I missed the 10:44 train, thinking it was at 10:45).
