Here is a quick and easy crocheted item I've made a few times over the years as gifts. They are fingerless gloves/mittens which I've dubbed "glittens" and the pattern can be found here. They are thick, warm, and did I mention quick and easy? The last pair I made as fingerless gloves for my husband. So that his hands would stay warm while painting in his studio. A Pillow Worth Pillaging. My husband's brother moved to the Oakland area a couple of years ago, and ever since then he and my husband have become quite devoted Raiders fans. Have always puzzled me. I mean, why not just wear a hat. This same train of thought starts rolling when I think of wrist warmers. Why not just wear gloves or mittens? Well, my friends, I have learned why wrist warmers are detrimental to everyone's accessory arsenal. They are great for transition weather - indoors! They were the perfect solution!
