The rice. Is cooked in big aluminum pots (above in the photo) and the beef cooked. Separately is covered tightly with aluminum foil. The lid is pressed. Concrete interlocking blocks known as "core loc" weighing approximately. 9 tons were used in the construction of the breakwater in Sohar corniche. Core-locs used in constructing the breakwater in Sohar corniche interlocks like a "jigsaw puzzle". Resulting in a higher stability of the structure even under the presence of a constant massive force from the ocean waves.
