Friday, February 28, 2014. Life Ramblings from a (soon-to-be) 30-Year-Old. Even though it comes across like I’ve mastered these things below and that I have my shit together, I haven’t and I don’t. I’m guessing the 40-year-old me will read this and want to somehow figure out a way to punch my 30-year-old self in the face. Dually noted. 1 Life (and money, really) is all about priorities and everyone’s priorities are different. 2 Everyone should own a dog (or a cat, if you’re into that.). Prime example: we...

An Elephant Whisker | Start Living
http://dreamdiscovergrow.blogspot.com/2010/12/elephant-whisker.html
A few words on the safari:. We all know that I love the zoo more than most 5 year olds, so I could have died of excited delirium when Leonard popped the top to our van and drove us into the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Lions! Hungry, hungry Hippos! I can't say that I'm happy to have seen a dead elephant because it was disheartening, but I am thankful for such a unique experience. One Response so far. December 24, 2010. So jealous I cant stand it! And I miss you guys already. Come home soon, please! Internat...

My Cheeks Hurt | Start Living
http://dreamdiscovergrow.blogspot.com/2012/05/my-cheeks-hurt.html
The last time my cheeks felt like this, the pain meds from my wisdom tooth surgery were wearing off. Thing is, I can't stop smiling. Take Easter Sunday for example. No need for an alarm clock on this particular morning; after 40 long days without fast food, the thought of a McGriddle was all I needed to roll these lazy bones out of bed. I was on a mission! I'm hoping cute socks can somehow propel me up Doomsday Hill. But still. I'm lovin' it. The simple fact that he owns a moped. Like love. share.
