My hood had a brown lining with royal blue and a red stripe to denote my degree and college. The ceremony was a nice one and the weather seemed to cooperate- it was quite pleasant. Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup. 1 pound of chicken cut into cubes. 1/2 cup uncooked rice. 1/4 cup chopped onions. 2 can of cream of potato soup. 1 can chicken broth. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 2 cups sliced carrots. 1 cup half and half.
