Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Spring Break in Turks and Caicos 2015. We had another wonderful Spring Break in Turks and Caicos! We loved our room this year, which had a beautiful, large screened in balcony. It was a nice place to have meals and take a break from the hot sun. Friday, November 21, 2014. We had an absolutely fabulous and incredibly busy time at Disney World! We then met Cinderella and Rapunzel and followed that by a character dinner with Pooh and friends at the Crystal Palace. Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Since returning from Ocean City, we have been busy! We returned home on Sunday to get ready for the first week of school. Thanks so much to Grandma and Pops for watching the girls while we were in NY! Enjoying ice cream at the pool. We got some great things from our garden this year. Look at these giant zucchini! Friday, September 12, 2014. Last Year of Preschool for Lily and First Year of Preschool for Sophie Anne! Lily and Sophie Anne headed to preschool last week after Labor Day. Lily started on Tuesday and Sophie Anne started on Wednesday. Lily was happy to be back and see many friends. She loves her teachers this year and has had a fun two weeks so far in her 5 day 4's class. Sophie Anne went right in on the first day of her M-W-F 2's class. She was ready! Sunday, October 28, 2007. Well we are officially trained in the ways of birthing. We completed our childbirth classes at Reston Hospital this weekend. Jon as always kept me laughing through the whole thing. All the students show up the first day with our pillows and blankets and we walk in and Jon says "is this the slumber party? Monday, December 31, 2007. This week marks 37 weeks and baby Claire is officially full term! Good thing because I have a feeling she is coming sooner rather than later. I'm already 3 cm dilated and getting regular Braxton Hicks contractions. The doctor also wanted me to go into the hospital today and get hooked up to the fetal monitors for a non-stress test. Thursday, January 1, 2009. My How She's Grown! I know it's been a very long time since we blogged, but in that time Claire has grown like a weed! Check out her 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 month pictures. She started clapping in early August and still loves to play patty cakes with Grandma. By mid-late August she started getting her first teeth and first bath in the big tub! Wednesday, July 23, 2008. June was a busy month for the Howards. We started off with a couple of playdates. With Christi's friends from South Lakes HS who all had babies within a few months of each other. We first got together with a grill-out at Rachel's and the food and company were quite enjoyable.
