Sunday, December 9, 2012. Harborwalk Trim a Tree 2012. The Harborwalk Trim a Tree is an event we look forward to every year. It is a time of friends and family and best of all, a visit from Santa! The girls got all dressed up to see Santa and were a little shy when we arrived with everyone looking at them. "Who are these people, and why are they looking at me? Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Summer Schoolabaloo for Two! The girls were all ready to go with their backpacks Auntie Kim had bought them. The side pocket is just perfect for the ever important milk cups. Ava cried at first being separated from her sister but was easily left after a couple weeks. We enjoyed "Ava day", the days Carys went to school and she got our sole attention. Saturday, February 4, 2012. M-I-Csee you at our house, K-E-Y.why? Because Carys is turning 3! The theme was set for Carys' third birthday party. We had all sorts of activities planned for outside, including the bouncie castle and then it kept raining, and raining, and raining. We waited until noon to call it, and decided to move everything indoors. 19 adults, 10 kids and 3 infants.all in our little home! There was more than enough food and snacks for everyone. I made the grapevine wreaths for party favors.

Thursday, March 31, 2011. Ava at 8 Months. Ava has learned how to back herself up from her belly to a sitting position and has very good balance. She has such good balance, she now takes baths with Carys. It is very cute to see both girls playing with all of the toys in the tub. We have a lesson in sharing every hour. Ava was teething for a couple weeks, leaving us with little sleep but to our relief, the teeth broke! Ava can now hold her own bottle. We are loving her independence. Carys at the same age.

Saturday, April 21, 2012. All dressed and ready to go to Logan's birthday party! The prettiest girls at the party.. Logan loves Cars the movie, so Stacy made these great cars out of paper boxes from school. The kids got to decorate them with their name, a number and a sponser. Carys and Ava still love to run around and race in them. Carys is ready to run with Brodie and Lincoln. Saturday, April 14, 2012. Carys decorated her cape and then colored her very own mask. She also made superhero bracelets.

Monday, October 31, 2011. A Buggy Halloween 2011. Maya did better in her costume this year, not going into a comatose state like before. The girls, Ava wearing her Strawberry Butterfly costume and Carys with her Buzz Buzz costume. I french braided Carys' hair the night before and took it out right before we went out. It added a nice touch to her buzz buzz costume. She wore black tights and boots that are hand-me-downs from Charlotte. And away we went, Ava was ready for business in her butterfly costume.

Sunday, August 14, 2011. Happy Birthday to TJ with his sweet little girls. TJ's birthday always falls around the first day of school and this year, it was the first day the teachers went back so we celebrated the night before. Monday, June 20, 2011. Ava at 11 months. Ava's hair is getting so long now I have to pin it to keep it out of her face. Her eye sight is also better on the right side, so you will notice she will look at the camera with a head tilt. Here is a picture of Carys at 11 months as well for a comparison. Ava looks older to me. Ava has started to dislike baby food, spitting it out, so I have started to give her what Carys eats but cut up super tiny. She loves toast and peas. She also has a great turkey impression.
