http://fundraisingindiaandbeyond.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Fundraising - India and Beyond! Saturday, February 20, 2010. Save the Children's new India website completed a month of operations and the numbers are looking good. We've been flying upwards on the Alexa rankings and hopefully once we complete the changes and begin promoting the site, we'll make some serious monies too. Check out www.savethechildren.in and tell me what you think of the site. Labels: www.savethechildren.in. Now that I'm done with the rant, coming back to telecalling. Most NGOs adopt a fai...

Fundraising - India and Beyond!: Direct Marketing of another kind
http://fundraisingindiaandbeyond.blogspot.com/2010/03/direct-marketing-of-another-kind.html
Fundraising - India and Beyond! Saturday, March 27, 2010. Direct Marketing of another kind. We recently ran this fairly interesting and targeted DM campaign in Bangalore in partnership with Meru Cabs. We zeroed in on Meru Cabs as they ran a fairly efficient service that catered to a largely business audience (we picked cabs that were plying the airport to city route). This was a captive audience that rode the cab for at least 45 mins and that made the choice even more appealing. May 24, 2010 at 4:40 AM.

Fundraising - India and Beyond! Sunday, November 14, 2010. Some more on DRTV. I'm not sure how useful this will be espeically since I cant share either the investment levels or ROI on the DRTV campaign thus far. Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? We've used only English channels thus far but should do Hindi and probably Tamil in the next leg. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Some more on DRTV. View my complete profile. Fundraising - India and Beyond!: Outsourced agencies
http://fundraisingindiaandbeyond.blogspot.com/2010/08/outsourced-agencies.html
Fundraising - India and Beyond! Sunday, August 22, 2010. We've recently revamped our Delhi team including the agencies we were working with. Some pointers while looking for agencies :. Please do a complete and thorough background check - references not only from existing clients but from clients who have stopped working with the agency. If possible, get an external evaluation done in addition to internal due diligence processes. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Having accumulated a bit of experience i...

http://fundraisingindiaandbeyond.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Fundraising - India and Beyond! Monday, January 25, 2010. So do you ever talk to your donors? Or Did you know that your donors are actually people. This isnt applicable to those managing corporate donors and the large individual donors. Those fat cats get a fair degree of face time (how scientific that process is is an altogether different matter). This is more about your average donor who expects little and gets even less. Most of us dealing with large numbers of donors prefer donors to be this large fa...

Fundraising - India and Beyond!: Google Adwords grants
http://fundraisingindiaandbeyond.blogspot.com/2010/02/google-adwords-grants.html
Fundraising - India and Beyond! Friday, February 5, 2010. One of the recent postings by an ex-colleague in his blog. Http:/ technology4ngos.blogspot.com/2010/01/building-websites-and-generate.html. Was around websites for non-profits in which he speaks of an approach to developing sites and reading that prompted me to write about the Google Adwords grant. Assuming that many of you have existing sites, but don't have any money to promote the site, then you should at earliest apply for a google adwords.
