It’s Friday | Life in the Tropics
https://lifeinthetropics.wordpress.com/2009/10/16/it’s-friday
Life in the Tropics. Life in the tropics from the perspecive of an American teacher. Finally, another Friday. I’ve never been a TGIF person, but my situation here in Sumbawa has led me to focus on Fridays as the goal for the week. Why? It’s one week finished in this rapidly disintegrating school, and one more week closer to getting back home and out of here. Well, I could go on, but this school will be just a bad memory in a few months. Who says life in the tropics is always fun? Posted in expat life.

https://lifeinthetropics.wordpress.com/2009/10/06/back-in-sumbawa-redux

Our house in Bali is far from plush, but it’s comfortable and we have great views of the mountains to the south and the sea to the north. So what is it now? By drbrucepk on October 6, 2009. A Blog for the International Teaching Community. The International Teacher – A New eBook. The Practicalities of Moving to Bali: A Primer for Life in the Tropics. October 18, 2008. I read a few months ago about a study that was published in the journal Science. The study showed that girls’ achievements in math were equal to boys in all grade levels from second grade through eleventh grade. This was presented as something astounding and in contradiction to common knowledge. Posted in education reform.

Life in the Tropics. Life in the tropics from the perspecive of an American teacher. Schedules, Plans, and Organization: A Life in Retirement. I just finished reading a biography of George Washington (Patriarch), the first president of the United States.
