Documenting my journey through the culinary world. Monday, July 20, 2009. I love specialty butters on my meats. This sun-dried tomato butter is excellent on beef, poultry and lamb. Its easy to make and gives a whole new taste to your meal. 2 heads of garlic, tops cut off to expose cloves. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature. 1 ounce sundried tomato, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
