The Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning Maryland Survey (TELL Maryland) is conducted by Governor Martin O’Malley in conjunction with a coalition of representatives from education, government and business organizations, all of whom believe that it is critical to listen to educators’ views when shaping school improvement strategies.
