Sister Sue's Pecan Pie Bars. Sister Sue's Pecan Pie Bars. 2 cups plain flour. 1/3 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional). 1 stick cold butter. In a large mixing bowl sift together the dry ingredients. With a pastry cutter or two knives, cut cold butter into the flour mixture until it is crumbly.
