Thursday, November 19, 2009. My Cupcake is Three! My "sweet" girl turned 3! I can hardly believe it. Where has time gone? We decided to have Madi's birthday party at Benny Russell Park. Although it is October, it was still quite hot! All the kids had a blast. They got to decorate their own cupcakes, which was a big hit! Sunday, October 26, 2008. Tyler wasn't too happy about posing with his cousins! Oh well, we tried! Saturday, October 11, 2008. Nana and D got Madilyn her first car for her birthday! She absolutely loves it! She hasn't quite figured out that she has to hold on to the steering wheel, but we have 14 years to learn that! Sunday, March 29, 2009. We headed to North Carolina with Nana for our Spring Break vacation. We were dying to see Tyler (and Kiera and David! Saturday, August 29, 2009. We Have Another Fish On Our Hands! Summer is coming to an end! We have officially started back to school. We are trying to soak up the last few weekends of being able to enjoy the pool. Madi started swimming this weekend all by herself. She has been attempting it for a while now, but she (or should I say, I) was too scared to let her go to the deep. Today she did it! I am not a very confident teacher in the first place, but teaching to a group of people who do not speak your language is very intimidating! My words had to be interpreted for them, and I could not understand their comments. Unnerving, to say the least. That information really brought this are to life for me even more.
